While we do not offer exchanges unless we are at fault, returning your unwanted product is simple and no cost to you.
We find that creating a new order and mailing us your goods for a refund is the most efficient way to get the perfect, size, color, or style for you.
To get the perfect item, follow these steps:
Visit our Returns Page to fill out the Returns Form. For U.S. orders, once your return is approved, we will send a FREE Return Label to the email address associate with your order.
Go to our website to order the correct size, color or style for you. Your purchase will ship same day if the order is processed by 6:00 pm Central Time.
Using the FREE Return Label, and reusable bag or box in which you received your item, send the original item back to us.
Once we receive your return item, we will update you with an email and credit you the full amount of your purchase.
For international orders, if your item is faulty or you received the incorrect order, please visit our Faulty Order Return/Exchange Page and indicate so on the form. We will process an exchange or return for a refund at no cost to you.
