To get the perfect item, follow these steps:
Visit our Returns Page to fill out the Returns Form. Once your return is approved, we will send a FREE Return Label to the email address associated with your order.
Go to our website to order the correct size, color or style for you. Your purchase will ship same day if the order is processed by 5:00 pm Central Time.
Using the FREE Return Label, and reusable bag or box in which you received your item, send the original item back to us.
Once we receive your return item, we will update you with an email and credit you the full amount of your purchase.
For international orders, we process returns and exchanges only when we are at fault. If this is the case, please complete our Faulty Item Return/Exchange Form so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
