For domestic (U.S.) orders, please visit our Return Center to get a Free Return Label, using your order # and email associated with the order.  Make sure to indicate that you received the wrong item and whether you want an exchange or refund.  Use the Free Return Label to return the faulty item.  

If you need an expedited exchange or if your order is international, please go to our Faulty Item Return/Exchange Page  and complete our Faulty Item Return/Exchange Form.  As soon as the form is processed and approved, we will ship you a new item immediately and update you with an email and tracking number.
